The hot breakfast was delicious, with options like baked beans and yogurt. The staff were courteous and helpful. The location of the hotel is calm, stunning, and not far from the restaurant, making it convenient for meals and access to communal areas.

The accommodation was lovely and old with very attentive staff. The location was amazing, lovely to walk through with a stunning view down to the Thames from the bottom of the garden. The service was very good.

This place has a beautiful location near a charming local pub, new rooms, and close to a conservatory restaurant and other pubs.

Staff were excellent. The grounds and facilities were excellent. I really enjoyed the swimming pool as it was a good size.

We made a very late booking and I dont think that they were expecting us. The room we were given had windows looking directly on to roofs so was very claustrophobic. The room we moved to was smaller but had better view. However the beds were very, very soft. Our biggest complaint was the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Excellent base for discovering Marlow with polite staff from reception to chambermaid and everyone in between…. The easy check-in process too. Unbeatable location in the nice enough area, very close to unkept garden and the communal areas and the restaurant.

This place is aesthetically pleasing with a balcony terrace that oversees beautiful gardens, making it a great choice for special occasions and celebrations.

The ambience - there were so many little places where you can feel free to wander in the grounds, and beautiful rooms and corners to sit in. It was comfortable, light and the spa pool was amazing.

I had read negative reviews of this hotel prior to my stay but can honestly say I was delighted. The room was comfortable, a good size and spotless, as was the en suite. A wonderful stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

There were no tea / coffee making facilities in the room.
