The experience included a delightful breakfast and an exceptionally clean spa with relaxing treatments. the bar service faced significant delays, taking far too long to fulfill our orders, which marred the overall experience. the room temperature was uncomfortable, lacking adequate ventilation. it felt like a beautiful venue, but definitely not luxury as advertised.

The Classic Double Room could seriously use an upgrade. the bathrooms specifically show peeling paint and dated fixtures. There’s no air conditioning, which can be a real issue during the summer heat. The breakfast options felt limited, especially given the hotel’s pricing, and service seemed overwhelmed during busy times. the drinks at the bar are on the higher side which didn’t sit right considering the overall experience and price point—feels a bit excessive. I found the fruit salad at breakfast a bit below par. some pieces were past their prime.
